MUSICAL PERFORMANCE 2022

For the 56th Super Bowl, I was honored to serve as the DP for the Pepsi Halftime Show with the iconic lineup of Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, Fifty Cent, Kendrick Lamar, Eminem, & Anderson Paak.  Historic for a number of reasons, it was the first Halftime show to be captured almost exclusively with large sensor digital cinema cameras.  Shooting in LA, with hometown pride, bringing a little piece of Compton to the SoFi Stadium, it was the most thrilling/nail-biting 15 minutes of my working life.  Directed by Hamish Hamilton & with lighting designed by Al Gurdon.  Sony Venice 1.
